Crain's 2018 20 In Their 20s

The deadline is Jan. 17, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. CST.

Coming in May: Our sixth annual 20 In Their 20s feature. Back by popular demand, this Crain's Chicago Business report singles out 20 area professionals who already stand out in business, law, real estate, civic life or culture—and who haven't turned 30 yet. And while their names may not be familiar to our readers now, we're looking for those who will be impactful in the future.

Help us out. Do you know of a 20-something (or an incredibly accomplished teen) who lives in the area and is a game-changer? Perhaps she has started a company or is shaking up an existing enterprise (in a good way). Perhaps he already has had an impact through politics, philanthropy or civic service. Or maybe this is simply someone whose star shines so bright it's hard to ignore.

To be eligible, nominees must be 29 or younger as of May 14, 2018.

To get started, if you have a Crain's Chicago Business account, click the application link and sign in to your account. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create a new one before you can proceed with the nomination form.

To submit a name for consideration, there is a nomination fee of $99, which must be paid before the nomination can be formally submitted.

The nomination fee ensures that your candidate's name will be presented to the top editors of Crain's Chicago Business for consideration; it does not ensure your candidate will automatically make this honor roll.

To address technical issues with the submission form or payment process, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@chicagobusiness.com or 877-812-1590.

Please note that honorees chosen for the 2018 list will be notified by phone or email before March 15, 2018. Also, multiple nominations for one individual do not influence the process in any way and are actively discouraged.
